No Returns: Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Refunds: Refunds are only offered under the following rare conditions:

• Non-delivery due to our error.

• Significant damage during delivery (photo proof required within 24 hours of receipt).

• Change of Mind: Refunds are not granted for changes of mind or incorrect information submitted by the customer.
